Have previously built the institutional capacities of 50+ NGOs and worked with multiple international donors including USAID. She previously lectured at more than then one university in the Gulf Region. She holds a master's degree in Financial Economics (2010) and bachelor's degree in economics (2007) from the American University of Beirut. She is certified in Project Management and Human Resources Management.
