Alex Levy has over 10 years of experience helping communities engage in meaningful ways to solve local challenges. She currently leads World Learning’s Civic Engagement, Action, and Leadership practice. Programs span across Asia and the Middle East, and equip emerging leaders to positively influence their communities, stand up for their fundamental rights, advocate for others, and hold their government accountable through locally designed and led solutions. Previously at FHI 360, she provided technical support to civic engagement and social accountability programs across Asia, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Alex was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia and holds a master’s degree in Middle East studies and conflict resolution.
